Contact us immediately when you realize that you have ordered two or more identical orders and you only needed one, before we proceed on processing the orders. The refund amount will be dependent on how far the second order has been worked on 1. You will receive 100% if you cancel the second order before it is processed 2. You will be refunded 80% if the second order was assigned to a writer and less than half the deadline has passed 3. You will be refunded 60 % if the second order was assigned to a writer and half the time allowed on the deadline has passed 4. There will be no refund if the order has been approved either automatically or by you. |

If for some circumstances the original paper is delivered long after the initial deadline is passed, the payment of the paper will be recalculated according to the new deadline time allowed. For instance, if your deadline limit was after 10hrs and you receive the paper after 14hrs, the refund will be calculated according to a 24hr delivery plan. 10% refund will be given for the longest time on lateness. |

If the paper quality is not satisfactory to you, you can apply for a free revision or request a different writer to be assigned to complete it. You can also write a note setting the paper on a dispute status; for instance, you can say “set this paper on dispute please” on your personal order page. Please note the following: Strong reasons as to why you want to set your paper on dispute is/are needed, the time taken to resolve a dispute may take some time, that your dispute case is reviewed individually and if the needed information is not provided on time, the dispute case may be cancelled. |
