Topic: Towards a Better Health Care

The placement of health experts in our society signifies their fundamental responsibility in ensuring a psychosocially sound and progressive society. Like any other institution, workplace conflicts are no exception in this dynamic field with professionals with a primary role of taking care of patients. [1]The grounds for existence of conflicts with a profession that has studied the operation of the entire human body are however not considered when addressing the concept of leadership in the context of a health system. The difference in disciplines among these professionals has proved to be a major cause of conflict in hospitals. [2] This comes about as a result of the theoretical perspective when it comes to practice. It’s however notable that by improving the workplace atmosphere, job satisfaction and reducing aggression the conflicts can be evaded.

Studies have attested that the key to attaining success in any organization is embracing various ideas that come about as a result of both internal and external interactions considering the concepts, structures and developments in place.

Topic: Management from a Health Perspective: Increasing Productivity  

Though decision making in health care systems follows a hierarchical order, it’s obvious that team work is experiential when it comes to practice since divergent decisions are required. This intricate nature of decision making from a health care perspective doesn’t provide for prolonged conflicts.[3] It is with consideration that effective management of health care systems is affirmed to portray high prospects that accord effective service delivery. It is therefore important that the management of health maintenance organizations develop a framework that will enable the health professionals possess skills that portray their values and ability to accept diverse views and at the end using them as avenues for growth.[4]

            Conflicts in the health sector should not be prolonged due to the fact that individuals in this field are more oftenly required to make interdependent decision while their line of duty.
