Sample Film and Theater Studies Capstone Project Paper on Robots and Artificial Intelligence

Today’s realities of Robotic devices have transformed the way we live our everyday lives and are continuing to an impact both positive and negative. Robots and artificial intelligence have enabled better living in various aspects of life such as in the healthcare system. Initially, robots were focused on industrial and hazardous applications, but of late they are involved in the regular daily interactions such as hospitals and our homes (Wright et al 9). Healthcare systems around the globe should focus on health promotion, population health as well as individualized access to healthcare.

In addition, there is need for an alternative that addresses the need for palliative care which will improve the quality of the many patients. This can shift the focus of nursing from hospital-based therapy to home-based therapy. In countries with so many older adults, the cost of caring for them becomes unsustainably high. Artificial intelligence in the health care system can be used to analyze complex medical data thus improving patient outcomes. We, therefore, need to prepare for the era of computer and artificial intelligence that will help in performing similar tasks just like human beings (Coeckelbergh  9). They would help in predicting differential diagnosis, treatment, and even clinical outcome. Incorporation of system robots would also assist in paying attention to the treatment of human diseases. For instance, did you know that there are system robots that help urologists remove prostate patients from patients with prostate cancer?

As the number of patients grows in the healthcare system, there is need to use AI that would lead to intelligent reasoning based on massive amounts of raw data which will solve large data applications. The incorporation of robots and AI in the workplaces would for sure reduce the costs of employing employees which becomes cost-effective in the long run (Barbash and Sherry 5). The delivery of services would also be efficient and of a very high quality. All workers should be prepared for this as it is the next big thing coming. Are you prepared? I am! See you there.
