3. The installation of the system has enabled the company to improve its efficiency, thus
improving its accuracy in terms of the warehouse. To further enhance this, they
absorbed another SAP-based system that enabled them to reduce their selection time
thoroughly.
Lessons learnt from CasaLuker’s ERP implementation project
There is an obvious distinction that has been created between the analogue data management
methods and those of the modern strategy that applies new software and technological skills.
It has also been observed that there is a capability of various software implementations, such
as ERP, that helps companies improve their efficiency by minimizing losses by putting
weight on current goals and proper decision-making.
