My research topic includes link between leadership style and employee retention, as well as how leadership practices have changed to address staff retention difficulties with attached four peer reviewed articles
 Part I: Write a brief introduction explaining above mentioned research topic, including a discussion of your research question and hypotheses.
 Part II: Use attached peer reviewed academic sources that have been published within the last 5 years. Create an annotated bibliography for your three sources. Conclude your assignment with a summary of why these sources are important to your upcoming research paper.
