Strategy

Reduction in Benefits

The health benefits shall be the main area of concern. For instance, the preventative health care can be reduced from current 100% to 75%. The actions shall be justified by stating that there is an increase of the benefit costs by almost two times as much as that for the wage costs (Chamberlain & Kuhn, 2016).

Small Wage Increase.

There is provision for a generous health plan and therefore we shall focus more on flexibility of wages than the current benefits.

Distributive

It is unbearable to give away so many increases according to the demand of workers because Zinnia has a competitive market and may close down if all these demands are to be met (Davey, 2018). Therefore, the employees shall be given viable solutions such as lenience in disciplinary actions rather than getting unemployed due to closure of the hotel.
