GMO’s do not offer consumer benefit, increased yield, enhanced nutrition and drought tolerance, as claimed. Some evidence links GMO produce to health problems, violation of farmers’ and consumers’ rights. To enhance healthy eating, I would completely avoid GMO food in my diet.
