Many studies have addressed the relationship between human resource management practices and several firm performances but have failed to address the relationship between HR practices with satisfaction of customers. The study aimed to establish the relationship between HR management practices and satisfaction of customers on quality of products. The research also aimed to find out if skill developing HR management practices has an impact on the satisfaction of customers on the quality of the product.

 Subset of measures that included thirty-four questions that covered employee skill-developing human resource practices, commitment, and customer satisfaction were used in the research. All items used were assessed on a seven-point Likert scale and SEM and LISREL were used in examining the hypothesized model.

 The independent variables, which HRM practiced, identified, as ‘employee skill-developing’ practices that were included in the research are training practices, socialization practices and managers job rotation (Cantarello, Filippini, & Nosella, 2012). The findings of the study validate the idea that there is a connection between human resource management practices and the satisfaction of customers on the quality of products. The key findings of the research are crucial to managers in trying to understand the importance of best HR practices to good performance and how this can be used to improve the satisfaction of customers in the quality of the products. Socialization HR practices enhances communication which leads to better understanding thus contributing to the satisfaction of customers.

The journal article presents a research that is based on data that was gotten from reliable sources; scientific methods were used to test before arriving at conclusions. The journal article is peer reviewed, this means that it has been subject to tests from intellectuals on its contents but it has managed to stand the test of time. This means that what is contained in the article that is found in the journal has been proven scientifically and thus it has become a scientific principle.

The research may be applicable in many areas of management, the aims of many business organization is to ensure  customers satisfaction so as to retain the customers and get new customers through referrals by the existing customers. Business organization can base on the research to apply the recommended HR practices. This will make the businesses to make profits by applying the findings of the research in their business. The research might also be applicable to government institutions that might want to provide the best services to the citizens by incorporating recommended HR practices that promote customer satisfaction. Institutions of higher learning can also benefit from the research; the institutions can know the best human resource management skills to be incorporated in the syllabus so as to impact skills that are relevant. The skills that are gotten from the institutions by prospective human resource managers and prospective employees may be crucial in ensuring that customers are satisfied.

The advancement in technology in the recent years has mad human resource websites to be used as a channel for recruiting substitute teachers in many places for instance Taiwan. The competition for permanent teaching positions is intense and even the vacancies for one year contracted teachers have attracted a large number of applicants. The study uses TAM to look at the different correlations of the personal background of teachers, computer self efficacy, functionality of the website and the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use with the aim administrative staff of schools and substitute teacher level of acceptance of the human resource websites.

“Behavioral intention” was taken as a dependent variable in this research, the sample population of the research included the administrative staff of schools and substitute teachers of New Taipei City public elementary schools. A stratified purposeful sampling technique was used and survey questionnaires were disseminated basing on the school class numbers in each region. Nearly, 450 questionnaires were disseminated where 426 were returned. Some questionnaires were discarded and only 419 were valid representing 93.11%. A five-point Likert scale was used for measurement, both t-tests and one-way ANOVA analyses were used in this study to explore the differences between the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intention toward human resource websites by elementary school teachers with different background variables (Tung-Liang,  Hsu-Kuan Jonathan,  & Chia-Chen, 2015).

Several findings were gotten from the study; teachers with a teaching certificate were ranked in the perceived ease of use higher than those without a teaching certificate. Experience also played a vital role because it was found out that the more the experienced the teachers were with the websites the more they perceived them easy to use and the more they were willing to use them again. This illustrates that the use of this websites increases ones willingness to continue using them

Elementary school teachers have a good attitude towards the use of the websites and they are willing to use them but there were differences in the attitude basing on the background of the teachers. When designing this websites the stakeholders in the education system should strive to meet the need of the teachers because it was discovered that teacher are more interest in meeting their needs rather whether the websites are useful or not.

The article presents findings that have been researched based on scientific principles, this shows that the article is reliable. The article is peer reviewed by intellectual peers and this shows that it has been subjected to several intellectual tests thus making it to be reliable. The articles has also relied heavily on data that was gotten from the field and subjected to rigorous testing based on scientific principles that govern research.

The research may be applicable in many areas, firstly the might be used by the designer of the websites, websites designers might use the findings to know what the teachers need most from the websites. This is doing crucial in ensuring that the websites are made in a manner that meets the needs of the users. The findings of the research can also be used by the stakeholders in the education system to know what the teachers need, this can help them to design the system in a manner that meets the needs of all user for instance the ease to use websites have been proved to be reliable from the study.

The use of the websites with time increases the willingness of one to use them, the government can base on this findings to ensure the accessibility of the websites to many people, this will ensure that the websites are frequently used thus increasing the willingness of people using them. The websites should also be embraced for other purposes for instance recruiting other people rather than just teachers alone; this will embrace a culture of where views can easily be gotten at the click of a button rather than the traditional rigorous process. Advertisement for vacancies in the teaching profession can also be done on the websites and this will even make the recruitment process to be more efficient.
