PART 4: Reflection

A closer look at the whole plan, it is evident that the short term goal of mastery of the kids to various dictions in the language grasping ability would be accomplished. This objective will be achieved through the use of different teaching techniques which encourages a high level of participation of the kids.  The fact that the children are from different language background makes it even easier for a successful coordination and corporation regarding learning.  On the meeting of long term goals, the best approach that would help them achieve these goals is through the building of a profound relationship between them and the teachers (Barr,, 2012).  My sole role as a teacher is to be very careful in maintaining this substantial relationship.

The formation of the class schedule mentioned in the plan gave me an insight into the real needs that the learners are supposed to be fulfilled with. The categorization of the learning objectives into discipline, relationship and personality development among others gave me the understanding of how to approach the real evolution of the child’s values and the characters.  I appreciated my prominent role in making sure that the children are brought up in the modest way possible (Cleaver,, 2011).  The role of molding the character of the kids gave me the perception of also molding my behavioral characteristics to conform to the high moral standard as stipulated in the code of conduct of every institution. The interviews I had with the teachers, made me understand the real gist of the matters surrounding the child development.  It also gave me the insight on how to approach a variety of learning objectives to ensure that they are accomplished (Green, 2008).   

One of the most challenging education goals that have been effectively integrated by the learner is the excellence objective.  This notion entailed the achievement of higher grade in their assessment examination. As I carried out the erudition session with the pupils, one thing that was clearly revealed was the advent of collaboration and good timing concerning meeting the education objectives. Looking at the content of this unit and as related to other groups, the lesson plan seemed quite demanding, and this made it quite tedious and yet kind of interesting (Swim, & Douville-Watson, 2011). 

The practical aspect of engaging the students in reading and writing has made the student get to appreciate the real significance of various aspects of writing skills and, consequently, the main areas of importance, which came out. The critical assessment abovementioned has inculcated diverse areas of inquisitiveness that are anticipated to create a profound impact on the well-being of the learner as they achieve their learning in the school successfully (Green, 2008).

The first evaluation which was the aptitude to form the grouping and to be able to build up physical argumentative standpoints in the assemblage was quite triumphant.  This together with the information that most of the learners need to inaugurate as they discuss diverse English subtopics, the self-sufficiency in the learning with acute concern on the discernment that the learners have on the theme has been displayed well. Again, the giving of the personality assessments to the apprentice in the form of quizzes allowed me as the teacher to have an avenue to be accustomed to more about the pupils’ character, the tastes and preferences (Davies, 2010). It should also be noted that the examinations carried out throughout classes are expected to catch the concentration of the learners in what they are learning. 

Lastly, in my learning, the most important aspect that a grasped regarding engaging the parents is through sensitizing the parents also to engage the kids in various learning processes. It is significant to build strong associations with families to make sure that the whole relatives have a sound understanding of the training (Swim, & Douville-Watson, 2011). When a child senses a connection between his house and school, he is hurtled to feel more associated and secure in both places. Expand partnerships with relatives and the community, systematize family events and expand communication strategies that sustain a stimulating conversation around the worth of home verbal communication and culture in their child’s achievement in the institution and life (Green, 2008).
