The article is basically a qualitative research because it is used to explain or analyze the behaviors of employees. The behaviors vary in reasons, opinions and motivations provided in a problem and the solutions used to solve them. Although, it also uses quantitative techniques like means, averages, chi-squares and standard deviations to interpret data. Qualitative research analyzes the problem deeper to reveal the trends of consideration and opinion (Merriam, 2009). They use descriptive statistics and correlation to analyze the relationship between behavior, strategic, commitment, knowledge, openness experience and perceived trust and tenure

The defining characteristics of this study can be divided into three major categories as shown below:

  • Essential strategies
  • Data collection and field work strategies
  • Analysis strategies

Essential strategy is well-demonstrated procedure in observation of natural occurrence or the behavior of the employees in strategic changes in alignment. During this observation, the researcher comes up with different hypothetical questions, which he needs to answer. The urges to understand strategic innovation is due to the employee’s commitment to the necessary behaviors for accomplishment of goals set by the organization. They avoid getting locked or guided by a rigid blueprint, which eliminates responsive views from the employee and new ways to carry out duties. This type of strategy relies on case studies or literature review to collect data.

Data collection is done by questionnaire or contacting interviews with the employees. In their research, they sought to find a connection between the organization and the employee behavior posing different behaviors on strategic commitment and knowledge on experiences on openness, organization trust and tenure. In this paper, the researcher concentrated on employee’s knowledge on the company’s processes so that they can understand the policies. They also examined the communication channel within the organization and the managerial knowledge on position (Merriam,2009).

Analysis strategies deals with analyzing the results found during the research and recommendation. Managers need to be tactically committed so that they can go an additional mile than highlighting the necessity for strategic commitment. Researchers conclude their findings and give extra recommendations on the way forward (Merriam,2009).

The framework is divided into-:

  • behavior
  • Commitment
  • Knowledge

The framework is to get the employees perspective rather than the organization strategic management. In this strategy, qualitative researcher’s use their framework or model which is based on importance to their personal opinion or viewpoint. They are dedicated to a certain research method because it expresses of their ideas. The framework is a deception, which is potentially reasonable as a technique to interpret results because the theory tested should be complete (Myers, 2013). Thus, any expression that is incorrect demonstrates a wrong opinion. On the other hand, answers that correspond to prediction to assumption are simply encouraging since a study is never a comprehensive test of the hypothesis. A commitment-based framework is essential to support development in the organization. It creates a prospect to contribute to strategic knowledge and commitment. Knowledge on strategies is used for individual’s judgments (Myers, 2013).

The assumptions made are the hypothesis used to explain certain theories. In that the dependent variables can be forecasted by independent variables. We tend to find a relationship between these variables whereby we get unconfirmed relationship and we accept a significant error. This means that the data collected is not free from malfunction although it has a greater percentage of assurance.
